N- Raveta 10mg tablet belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines or anti- allergic. It is used to treat various allergic conditions such as hay fever, conjunctivitis, some skin reactions such as eczema, hives, and reactions to bites and stings. It also relieves watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and itching. N-Raveta contains levocetirizine which is an R-enantiomer of cetirizine primarily used to treat various kinds of allergies. Allergies happen when the immune system reacts to a foreign substance that gets inside the body. These substances are known as allergens. They include dust mites, moulds, pollen, bee venom and pet dander. Some might be allergic to certain foods and seasonal allergies like hay fever. At the same time, others might be allergic to pollen or pet dander.
